Excellence Wood Floors

Review: My apartment flooded back in september and after few weeks of drying up the floor started to warp. I called and spoke with robert about an estimate for the job meeded to be done, he explained I only needed a refinishing after sending him all the pictures. They came out him and Luis said it was not possible to refinish and needed to replace the whole floor. On the phone with Robert with a new price and told them they could start the job the same day. The finished in 5 days but after a closer inspection the next week with other contractor I was told by them that Excellence Wood Floors had done a mediocre job using too many slabs with holes in it. I called Robert to try to explain the situation and he basically yelled at me over the phone and said I was insulting him, after calming down he offered to come back again but I didn't wanna move my stuff back to the storage a second time. A few weeks later sections of the floor started to warp again and contacted Luis to have this taken care of, he said they would come back out soon but never answered my calls and texts after that. One of the worst investments I've ever made, more of the 5k I spent on this was wasted
