Review: Paolo and his team did a fantastic job installing new hardwood flooring to complement 20 year existing hardwood floors so that my entire downstairs and stairs is now hardwood. It really looks beautiful. it was complex in that pre/ finished red oak with orange coloring needed to be sanded and stained to match with new wood that was also sanded and stained. It matches beautifully/ both color and wood he selected. The new staircase and bannister also is great. He kept all the commitments he made in terms of pricing, specific details I wanted, timing and project duration. He makes the process as easy as possible on the homeowner. He keeps his word, is very responsive to texts and calls. He was very patient with me when I was challenged trying to pick the right stain. He does much of the work himself since he has high expectations on the results. Very highly recommend Paolo.
